Which tonnage do I need?
From our spec sheets: the 1 Ton covers 80–140 sq ft, the 1.5 Ton models 100–150 sq ft (up to 190 sq ft for Heavy Duty), and the 2 Ton models 100–200 sq ft (150–300 sq ft for Heavy Duty). Use the room sizer for a quick match.
What is the difference between Standard and Heavy Duty?
Heavy Duty variants have more cooling capacity and a larger indoor unit (1070 × 325 × 255 mm). The 2 Ton Heavy Duty delivers 7000 W against 6250 W on the standard 2 Ton and covers up to 300 sq ft.
Will it work during low voltage?
Yes. Every model is rated for a 150–280 V power input.
How far can the outdoor unit be from the indoor unit?
All models support a maximum piping length of 15 feet between the indoor and outdoor units.
What should I share when asking for a quote?
Your room size, city or area, whether you need heating as well as cooling, and a phone number. The quote form on the contact page asks for exactly this.
